If you have a Team or Enterprise Doodle Premium subscription, Owners and Managers of the account can brand your Doodle page to represent your company. You can customize the look of your account by choosing a logo, a link that redirects to your webpage, a background, or brand colors.
- Click on your profile picture at the top right corner of the screen
- Click on "Admin settings"
- Click on "Branding" on the left side menu.
Upload your company logo to your Doodle account. It will appear on all your meetings (polls, 1:1 and Bookable Calendar) as well as in the email invitation to your participants.
Keep the dimension limitations in mind when uploading the logo. Maximum size: 300 x 100 pixels, 1 MB.
You can add a link to your logo. When someone clicks on your logo from one of your Doodle meetings, they will be taken to a webpage of your choice - for example, the webpage of your company.
Background image / brand color
Upload a background image or color for your Doodle pages. This image or color will be shown in the background of all your Doodle meetings.
Keep the dimension limitations in mind when uploading the background image. Maximum size: 2048 x 1536 pixels, 1 MB.
