The Outlook Add-in is a Doodle Professional feature. Make sure you have a Doodle Professional subscription to use the Outlook Add-in.

Save time and organize meetings with Doodle scheduling directly from Outlook. With the Outlook Add-in, there is no need to toggle back and forth between the two platforms.

With the Outlook Add-in this what you can do:

  • Access all your Doodle meetings and booking pages links directly from within Outlook.

  • Copy the meeting sharing link directly into the email that you are writing - inviting your participants faster than ever.

  • Set up new booking pages, 1:1s, and group polls directly from within Outlook.

Adding the Outlook Add-in:

  1. Open Outlook.

  2. Select 'New message'.

  3. Click the icon with the three dots in the lower options bar.

  4. Click 'Get Add-ins'

For Outlook Desktop Client, click on 'Get Add-ins' at the upper Ribbon/Taskbar in the Inbox view

5. Search for 'Doodle' and click 'Add'.

6. Click the Doodle icon in the lower taskbar.

For Outlook Desktop Client, click directly on the Doodle logo in the upper right corner of the taskbar/ribbon.


7. Log in to your Doodle account or sign up for a free account.

8. You will then see all your current Doodle meetings and booking pages.

9. Paste the invitation link directly into the email by clicking the envelope icon next to the name of the meeting.

If you are sharing the link for a 1:1 meeting or a booking page make sure that link sharing is on.

Removing the Outlook Add-in

  1. Open Outlook.

  2. Select 'New message'.

  3. Click the icon with the three dots in the lower options bar.

  4. Click 'Get Add-ins'

For Outlook Desktop Client, click on “Get Add-ins” at the upper Ribbon/Taskbar in the Inbox view


5. Go to 'My add-ins'

6. Click 'Remove' on the Doodle add-in.

Issues with the installation of the add-in

This Outlook Add-in runs anywhere that Add-ins are supported. Ensure that your Outlook environment does not block the installation or use of the Add-in by speaking with your account admin if you experience any problems.
