If your primary calendar is not a Google or Outlook calendar, or you wish to make a one-way calendar connection with Doodle, you can do so with ICS feeds.
Unfortunately 1:1 and Bookable Calendar will not sync with nor show availability for calendars connected via ICS.
If you connect your calendar with ICS feeds, you need to take 2 steps to have a full connection (two way connection) between Doodle and your calendar.
1) To see your Doodle meetings as events in your calendar, go to your account settings under "calendars". At the bottom of this page, you can find your personal Doodle ICS link. Add this link to your calendar to see your Doodle meetings as events in your calendar. Exactly where to add this link will depend on what calendar you use. If you are unsure where to add a new calendar subscription, contact your calendar provider for help (example for Outlook.com here).
2) To see your own appointments when you create and participate in a poll, you can click on "ICS feed". Add the ICS link of your personal calendar here to see your own appointments when using Doodle. This link may be located differently depending on which calendar you are using. If you are unsure where to find your sharable calendar link, contact your calendar provider for help (example for outlook.com here)
*HINT: make sure you choose how often you want your calendar to update to changes made in Doodle. If you have chosen a final date in your poll, and you do not see it immediately in your calendar, try to check how often you have set your calendar to synchronize with the ICS feed. You can check this in the settings of your calendar.
Click on the link below to see an example of how to connect your Outlook.com calendar with ICS feed. A very similar process is true for most other calendars.
