I'm a Premium Doodle user. Why do I still see ads?

You might have created the poll without being logged in to your Doodle account, or you have not used the Premium Business URL when creating the poll.

When using Premium, always make sure you are logged into your Doodle account before creating a poll. Using Premium Doodle Pro, Team or Enterprise with a personal URL, always use your Premium URL when you create a poll.  

Please also check the settings of your Doodle account here: make sure your Premium subscription is selected in the drop down menu. If it says "Do not use Premium" click on the field to change the status.
