There could be a few reasons why you don't receive emails from Doodle:
- Perhaps you made a typo when writing in your email address. It happens occasionally although we try to detect it. It’s best to sign up for a free Doodle account to make sure you can access your polls and get notifications!
- Maybe a spam filter in your mail application or internet provider is flagging Doodle emails as spam. Check your filter and see if our emails are there. If so, add firstname.lastname@example.org to your email whitelist so in the future our emails arrive in your inbox.
- It could also be that your email account automatically forwards your email to another address. In many cases this forwarding is blocked by the email server. Try using an email address that doesn't automatically forward emails.
iOS or Android app installed
And if you’re using one of our apps (iOS or Android)…
- It’s possible that the notification setting on your device is set to 'push notifications'. In this case you might receive push notifications instead of emails. Here you can adjust the settings. There are a few options: email / push / push and email notification. If you update the setting, don’t forget to save! If you don't see 'Notifications' in your account, these push notifications weren’t activated and you don't need to adjust the setting. You should then be receiving the notifications as email.
Note: Please wait a few hours before you take any action. Email can be a very unreliable means of communication. It is (rare, however) possible that an email takes minutes or hours to be delivered.
Unfortunately, we cannot resend Doodle mails or Doodle links to you manually. This violates our policy which states that this information is to be treated as confidential and private.
