Premium Doodle users: 

You can invite as many as 1000 participants per poll via email.

Please note that while using the Premium trial version, the limit will be 49 invitations per poll as with a free account. Once the trial is over and your paid subscription begins, the limit is lifted.

Free Doodle users:

You can invite up to 49 participants per poll via email. 

If you have not signed up for a free account you cannot invite participants via email.  If you are unable to send email invites, then you do not have a Doodle account or you are not logged in.
