You can invite several people to a single Doodle 1:1 invitation.

Each participant can select one time slot, and once that slot has been selected, it becomes unavailable for the other participants. Read more about how to set up a 1:1 here.

Please note:

Participation in a 1:1 is private. Each participant will not see which time slot each other selected. Only the organizer will see which participant has selected a meeting time.

Scheduling a one-on-one meeting using Sign-up Sheet

Doodle's Sign-up Sheet may be a superior choice for organizing your next one-on-one meeting depending on how you prefer to use your calendar.

Using Sign-up Sheet is a great choice for meeting organizers who want to hold specific time on their calendar. For example, if you want to dedicate every weekday from 10:00am - 11:00am for consultations and take all your booking through one link, you can do that with Sign-up Sheet.

To schedule several people with one sign-up sheet link and hold the time on your calendar:

  • Connect your calendar to Doodle

  • Create a Sign-up Sheet

  • Add the sessions to your sign-up sheet, making sure you limit enrollment for each session to one person

  • Share the sign-up sheet link with your audience

Now, each session will be held on your calendar, and only one person can sign up for a session.
