What are the email invitation limits?

Doodle Professional users

You can invite as many as 1,000 participants per group poll. This limit is the same for copying the link into your own email or sending the poll via Doodle's 'Email invitation' feature.

Free Doodle users

You can invite as many as 1,000 participants per group poll.

Please note that free Doodle users must copy the group poll link and share it from their own email account.

Good to know

  • You cannot invite participants via email if you have not signed up for a Doodle Pro account. For more information about Doodle Professional, click here.

  • If you are unable to send email invites, make sure:

    • you are logged into your Doodle account

    • you are not trying to send more than 1,000 email invitations

    • all emails are formatted correctly
