Setting up your Doodle custom branding
Log in to your Doodle account
Open the account settings in the menu revealed by clicking your name or profile picture if the upper right corner
Click 'Branding'
If you have been added to a Team or Enterprise account, only the admin of the account can set up the company branding. To learn more about branding for Team subscriptions, see here.
Custom branding options
With custom branding, you can:
Replace the Doodle logo with your company logo when your event participants vote in your poll, book a meeting on your booking page or 1:1, or register for a session on your sign-up sheet:
Set up a logo link and route users to a webpage of your choice when your group poll, 1:1, booking page, or sign-up sheet participants click your logo:
Upload a background image or set up a background color for your group poll, 1:1, booking page, or sign-up sheet participants experience:
Image size and format
The maximum size defines the full size available for the logo and background image. Be sure to scale the images before uploading them. Of course, you can also use smaller ones.
Logo: maximum size: 300 x 100 pixels, 1 MB
Background image: maximum size: 2048 x 1536 pixels, 1 MB
Profile picture: maximum size: 2048 x 2048, 1MB
Use RGB, 72 dpi images and save them as png, jpg, or gif. You can use transparency settings with png or gif image files.
