Customize the look of your Doodle page with your company's logo, link, background image, and brand colors with this step-by-step guide.

If you have a team subscription, Owners and Managers of the account can brand your Doodle page to represent your company. You can customize the look of your account by choosing a logo, a link that redirects to your webpage, a background, or brand colors.

The branding applied by the Owner or Manager of the team subscription will apply to all accounts and meetings that are set up by members of the subscription. It is not possible to apply a different branding to each individual account or meeting.

Step-by-step instructions:

  1. Click on your profile picture at the top right corner of the screen

  2. Click on "Admin settings"

  3. Click on "Branding" on the left side menu.

Logo

Upload your company logo to your Doodle account. It will appear on all your meetings (polls, 1:1 and Booking Page) as well as in the email invitation to your participants.

Keep the dimension limitations in mind when uploading the logo. Maximum size: 300 x 100 pixels, 1 MB.

Logo Link

You can add a link to your logo. When someone clicks on your logo from one of your Doodle meetings, they will be taken to a webpage of your choice - for example, the webpage of your company.

Background image / brand color

Upload a background image or color for your Doodle pages. This image or color will be shown in the background of all your Doodle meetings.

Keep the dimension limitations in mind when uploading the background image. Maximum size: 2048 x 1536 pixels, 1 MB.

Below is an example of a branded email invitation that contains the logo and the background color that you selected in your account settings.
