How do I add a host to my booking page, or book on behalf of others?

Learn how to add hosts to your booking page and book on behalf of others with Doodle's Team or Enterprise subscription.

Updated over a week ago

You can add several hosts to your booking page with a Team or Enterprise subscription.

The booking page will check the availability of you and the additional hosts when offering time slots to the participant. Once a meeting has been booked, both you and the additional hosts will be invited to the calendar event.

If you are booking on behalf of someone else, and you don't want your availability to be considered and don't want to be invited to the booked event yourself, you can set this up with the book on behalf feature.

Check out the short video below, or keep reading for more information on how to add hosts or book on behalf of others with your booking page.

Booking on behalf of someone else

4. Tick the 'Book-on-behalf' box. With this box ticked, your availability will not be taken into account when time slots are offered to the participants. You will also not be invited to the calendar event once the meetings have been booked.

5. Click 'Done' to confirm your selections and continue setting up your booking page.

  • If you need to remove someone, click the green button adjacent to their account information. Confirm your changes by clicking 'Done'.

Good to know

  • You can add up to 5 hosts per booking page (including yourself)

  • The added hosts do not have admin rights to your booking page and cannot make changes to the booking page settings

  • The settings defined by the owner of the booking page (work hours and time zones) will determine the time slots offered to the participants
