How do I preview my booking page?

Preview your booking page and ensure everything is set up correctly. Check for bookable time slots and troubleshoot any issues you encounter

Preview your booking page

Would you like to have a peek at what your participants see when they open your booking page?

There are two ways to preview your booking page:


Preview from the new dashboard

  1. Locate your booking page on your dashboard

  2. Click on the three vertical dots

  3. Select 'Preview'

  1. Click into your booking page from your dashboard

  2. Click 'Preview'

Are you not seeing any bookable time slots on your booking page?

If you do not see the bookable time slots you were expecting, make sure to check the following:

  • Make sure you are viewing your booking page as a participant. Open a private window (incognito mode) and paste your booking page link in there. It will then take you to the participation page of your booking page.

  • Check that your connected calendar is not marked as busy during the time slot you expected to see - this could even be an all-day event that is blocking your calendar availability.

  • Check the availability of your booking page. Access your booking page from your Doodle dashboard, and click 'Edit'. Scroll down to your availability to make sure you have not blocked out times when you would like to be available.

  • Check your booking page power settings. Access your booking page from your Doodle dashboard, and click 'Edit'. Scroll down to power settings and check your buffer time and booking interval. These settings may keep certain time slots from appearing if they are conflicting with busy events in your connected calendar.
