How do I renew my Doodle Professional subscription?

Effortlessly renew your Doodle subscription with our automated process. Monthly or yearly, it's all taken care of for you.

A year or another month of efficient scheduling with Doodle has passed, and it is time to renew your subscription.

Don't worry, the process is automated by default! This means that your subscription will renew automatically.

  • If you have a monthly subscription, the subscription will renew automatically every month.

  • If you have a yearly subscription, the subscription will renew automatically every year.

Please note: auto-renewal is activated by default. You will also be notified by email seven days before your renewal date.

Turn of auto-renewal

You can turn off the auto-renewal option at any time in the 'Subscription' section of your account settings.

If you turn off auto-renewal:

  1. Open your account settings

  2. Click 'subscriptions'

  3. Click 'Cancel subscription'

  4. Confirm your selection by clicking 'Cancel subscription' in the popup window

Your auto-renewal is now turned off. You will still have access to your paid Doodle account through your paid term.

Reinstate auto-renewal

If you have turned off auto-renew and wish to continue with your paid Doodle subscription, you can always reinstate auto-renewal.

To reinstate auto-renewal:

  1. Open your account settings

  2. Click 'subscriptions'

  3. Click 'Auto-renew subscription'
