Here are our basic troubleshooting steps for you if you are experiencing issues with the Doodle App:
Sometimes, performing what we call a "hard reboot" helps when Doodle is behaving erratically. First, charge your device to 100%. Then, hold the Home and Power buttons until your device reboots. When you see the Apple logo, release the buttons.
If that doesn't help try the following:
Try to log out and log back into the app and see if that helps.
If it doesn't try to delete and re-install the app.
