How to use the Google Calendar Chrome Extension (BETA)

We are glad to have you on board for this BETA version!

All the power of the most awesome online scheduling tool, directly from your Chrome Browser. Access smart time suggestions powered by Doodle whenever you’re creating a meeting in your Google Calendar.

We hope that you are as excited as we are to start this journey into a brand new world of scheduling. Let's see how it works:

To get started, you just need to browse to the Chrome Web Store, and search for “Doodle Smart Scheduling”.

Once installed, you can browse to Google Calendar and open up a new or existing meeting that you have permission to edit. Now look in the shelf on the right-hand side and you’ll see the Doodle icon.

From here, if you are not already connected to Meekan, Doodle’s powerful scheduling smarts, you will need to connect your calendar to Meekan. From here you are ready to let Doodle help you find the best time to meet among any number of people.

If you just add an event for yourself, Doodle will return some time slots that are good for you. That’s great… but the real power is hidden in what happens when you start to add guests to your meeting. See what happens with each person I add: Doodle matches everyone’s calendar together and finds the best time for everyone to meet. You get instant feedback regarding who is available, who is unavailable, and if some time slots are inconvenient for some guests.

Now that you’ve found a time that you works best for everyone. Select the time and the meeting is ready to book.  Now you are a scheduling hero.
