Want to share your sign-up sheet link with your audience with a QR code? If you use Google Chrome, you can in just a few clicks!

Step-by-step:

  1. Go to the Doodle page you want to share (make sure it is the participant link!)

  2. Click the icon on the top right of the screen

  3. Select 'Cast, save, and share'

  4. Select 'Create QR code'

Tip:

For Step #1, we recommend you open the participation link in a Google Incognito window to ensure the dates and times you are offering are correct and to ensure you are creating the QR code for the correct link.

With your QR code now created, you can choose to:

  • Copy the QR link.

  • Select Download to download the QR code.

  • Scan the QR code with another device's camera.

In most cases, you will want to select the second option so that you can add the QR image to a flyer, poster, etc.

Tip:

We recommend testing your QR code before sharing it with your audience to ensure that it routes to the correct page and that everything looks good.

How to share your QR code

Once your QR code is generated, you can add it to flyers, posters, brochures, business cards, and more. You can now begin passively collecting enrollment into your events with your QR code without relying on connecting with your audience at the right time via your digital outreach plan.

Please note:

  • You can use this link for all kinds of Doodles - not just Sign-up Sheet
