How you edit the group poll will depend on whether your group poll is open or closed (booked).
How to edit an open group poll
It is easy to add or remove dates and times to a group poll, as well as make edits to the title, description, or location if necessary.
From the ‘My Doodles’ section of your Doodle Dashboard, click the tile with the event you wish to edit
Important: you need to be logged in to your Doodle account to access your dashboard
Click 'Edit'
Make the edits to your group poll
Click ‘Save’
Good to know:
Dates and/or time slots that are in the past cannot be modified or removed.
Editing a group poll does not change the URL of the group poll
How to edit a closed group poll
When you click 'Book it', your group poll will close and the selected date is confirmed for your event. However, poll organizers can reopen and edit a closed group poll.
From the ‘Upcoming Events’ section of your Doodle Dashboard, click the tile with the event you wish to reopen and edit
Important: you need to be logged in to your Doodle account to access your dashboard
Click ‘Reopen’
Click 'Edit'
Make the edits to your group poll

Note: your poll participants will receive an email letting them know that they can review, edit, or add to their response to the group poll.

Good to know
To edit your vote as the organizer, you need a Doodle Professional subscription.
It is not possible to delete your participation completely
It is not possible to remove or modify a vote for a date and/or time that is in the past
As the organizer, you automatically vote "yes" for all the options available in the group poll when you first create the group poll. However, you can easily modify your votes.
Step-by step:
Click 'Edit' next to your name.
Make any necessary adjustments by clicking on the different time slots.
Click 'Save' to save the changes you made.

Follow these steps if you need to select a different date and time for the event you organized with a group poll.
Step by step:
From the 'Upcoming Events' section of your dashboard, click on the event you wish to edit
Click ‘Reopen’
Select a new date and time
Click ‘Book it’
Your poll participants will receive a new confirmation email detailing the updated event information.
Note: if you have connected your calendar to your Doodle account, the updated event will appear on your calendar and the poll participants will receive an update calendar invite.

Please note:
Deleting a participant is not reversible
The participant will receive an email indicating that the poll organizer has completely deleted their poll response
Free Doodle poll organizers cannot delete a participant from the list of poll participants. However, this feature is available for Doodle Professional users
Step-by step:
From the Doodle Dashboard, click the tile for the poll containing the participant you wish to delete
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the three dots next to the participant’s name
Select ‘Delete’
Confirm the selection by clicking the ‘Delete’ button

You are able to delete polls you organized.
It is not possible to delete group polls that you were invited to.
Once a group poll is deleted, it cannot be restored.
You can only delete group polls that you have created while logged into your Doodle account.
Deleting your group poll:
Find the group poll on your Doodle dashboard.
Important: you need to be logged in to your Doodle account to access your dashboard
Click on the three vertical dots next to the poll.
Click 'Delete'.
