Reviewing your invitee list and their responses is easy to do! There are some differences depending on whether you have a Free Doodle or Doodle Pro account.
How Free Doodle users can check their poll responses
Follow these steps to review your invitee list and see their responses:
Login to your Doodle account
Select the group poll you want to review for responses
Scroll to the bottom of the new screen
Your availability will always appear at the top of the poll participation list. Every respondent will be listed beneath your name in the order in which they were received.
How Free Doodle users can find a poll participant's email
If you are a Free Doodle user and want to see a poll participant's email, follow these steps:
Click the three dots next to the name of the poll participant you want to look up
Select 'Copy email'
Check the email in the banner at the top of the screen
The email will be copied to your clipboard for easy pasting into an email.
How Doodle Pro users can check their poll responses
In addition to the same steps detailed above for Free Doodle users, Doodle Pro users have additional features for reviewing their poll participant data.
Doodle Pro users can export poll participant data from group polls to an Excel document, allowing you to view and organize your poll data outside of Doodle in familiar spreadsheet applications such as Excel and Google Sheets.
Exporting an open group poll:
Open your group poll from your dashboard
Click 'More'
Click 'Export'
Exporting a booked/closed group poll:
Navigate to your Doodle Dashboard
Click on the three vertical dots next to the group poll you want to export
Click 'Export'
Your group poll data will be exported to your 'Downloads' folder as an Excel document. Now you can easily visualize all poll responses, filter by respondent, time slot and more.
What to do if you do not see poll responses
Follow these steps if you do not see any responses to your poll.
Make sure you are logged in to your Doodle account. If you click on the poll link and are not logged in, you will only see your votes.
Once you are confirmed to have logged in to your Doodle account, if one of your poll invitees indicates that they responded and you do not see their response, check your email inbox. Doodle always sends an email whenever anyone responds to your poll. If you do not see an email, it is either because:
You have disabled emails from Account Settings > Notifications
The invitee did not successfully complete their poll response submission

Emailing a poll invitation from Doodle requires a Doodle account.
If you edit a poll after someone responds to your poll, any new time slot will show a ‘?’ until the individual updates their poll response.
