You can add several hosts to your booking page with a Team subscription.
The booking page will check the availability of you and the additional hosts when offering time slots to the participant. Once a meeting has been booked, both you and the additional hosts will be invited to the calendar event.
If you are booking on behalf of someone else, and you don't want your availability to be considered and don't want to be invited to the booked event yourself, you can set this up with the book on behalf feature.
Check out the short video below, or keep reading for more information on how to add hosts or book on behalf of others with your booking page.
Adding hosts to your booking page
Before creating a shared booking page, please note:
You'll need a Team subscription to use the host and book on behalf feature
Only members of your Team subscription can be added as hosts
For your hosts' availability to be considered, they must have a calendar connected to their Doodle accounts
Step-by-step
1. Click on the three vertical dots next to your booking page and then on 'Edit'.
If you have not yet created a booking page, click 'Create a new booking page' and follow our step-by-step guide for setting up a booking page
2. Click on 'Edit' in the top right corner under 'Hosted by'.
3. Search for the email or name of the person you would like to add as a host to your booking page.
Note: you can only add people who are part of your Team subscription
You can have up to 5 hosts per booking page, including yourself
4. Click 'Done' to confirm the selections of hosts and continue setting up your booking page.
If you need to remove a host, click the green button adjacent to their account information. Confirm your changes by clicking 'Done'.
Booking on behalf of someone else
Before creating a booking page to book-on-behalf of someone else, please note:

You can only book on behalf of people who are members of your Team subscription
For your hosts' availability to be considered, they must have a calendar connected to their Doodle accounts
Step-by-step
1. Click on the three vertical dots next to your booking page and then on 'Edit'.
If you have not yet created a booking page, click 'Create a new booking page' and follow our step-by-step guide for setting up a booking page
2. Click on 'Edit' in the top right corner under 'Hosted by'.

4. Tick the 'Book-on-behalf' box. With this box ticked, your availability will not be taken into account when time slots are offered to the participants. You will also not be invited to the calendar event once the meetings have been booked.
5. Click 'Done' to confirm your selections and continue setting up your booking page.
If you need to remove someone, click the green button adjacent to their account information. Confirm your changes by clicking 'Done'.
Good to know
You can add up to 5 hosts per booking page (including yourself)
The added hosts do not have admin rights to your booking page and cannot make changes to the booking page settings
The settings defined by the owner of the booking page (work hours and time zones) will determine the time slots offered to the participants
