After you have set up your booking page, you will need to share your booking page to begin taking bookings. There are several ways to get your link out to your audience.

  1. Locate the booking page tile on your dashboard

  2. Click 'Copy link'

  3. Distribute the link as you see fit

Note: the most common way to share a booking page link is via email, but you can also share it via Slack, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, or hyperlink it to your email signature, company website, corporate directory and more.

Share via Doodle's email client (requires a Doodle Pro Plan):

  1. Open your booking page from your dashboard

  2. Click on 'More'

  3. Click on 'Email invitation'

  4. Enter the emails of your participants

  5. Edit the invitation message if needed

  6. Click 'Send'

Note: when you email the invitation via Doodle, the sender will always show as 'Doodle' in the invite recipient's inbox. Make sure your invitees know to interact with these emails to respond to your group poll.

Creative ways to share your booking page link

In addition to emailing your booking page link, you can post the link publicly to connect with your audience. Here are just a few ideas:

Create a QR code

Create a QR code for your booking page with Google Chrome in just a few clicks and begin taking bookings via posters, flyers, business cards, brochures, and more!

Step-by-step:

  1. Go to the Doodle page you want to share (make sure it is the participant link!)

  2. Click the icon on the top right of the screen

  3. Select 'Cast, save, and share'

  4. Select 'Create QR code'

Tip:

For Step #1, we recommend you open the participation link in a Google Incognito window to ensure the dates and times you are offering are correct and to ensure you are creating the QR code for the correct link.

Add it to your email signature

Hyperlink your booking page link to your email signature. You can even add two links with different durations or rules to make your scheduling even more flexible with no extra effort!

Add it to your Slack or MS Teams profile

Enable your colleagues to book time with you without having to share your calendar by providing them with an easy-to-find and easy-to-use link.
