Your Doodle Pro subscription is set to auto-renew by default.
If you have a monthly subscription, the subscription will renew automatically every month on the same date
If you have a yearly subscription, the subscription will renew automatically every year on the same date
Please note: you will be notified by email seven days before your renewal date.
How to deactivate your auto-renewal
You can turn off the auto-renewal option at any time in the 'Subscription' section of your account settings.
To deactivate auto-renewal:
Open your account settings
Click 'Subscriptions'
Click 'Cancel subscription'
Confirm your selection by clicking 'Cancel subscription' in the popup window
Your auto-renewal is now turned off. You will still have access to your paid Doodle account through your paid term.
How to reactivate your auto-renewal
If you have turned off auto-renew and wish to continue with your paid Doodle subscription, you can always reinstate auto-renewal.
To reactivate auto-renewal:
Open your account settings
Click 'Subscriptions'
Click 'Auto-renew subscription'
