Where to find your first Doodle invoice
As soon as the payment goes through, you will automatically receive your invoice via email.
You can also download your invoice directly from your account settings under the 'Subscription' section here: www.doodle.com/settings/subscription
When you access your invoices you will be directed to our payment portal where you will need to enter your email address to receive a one time password. If you have trouble receiving the one time password, please check your spam/promotion folders. If you continue to have trouble, your subscription may be associated with a different email address and you will need to contact our support team.
Where you can find your subscription renewal invoices
The invoice for your renewal can be accessed from your account settings under the 'Subscription' section on the date of the renewal.
If you are renewing a subscription, the invoice will not be generated until the old subscription runs out and the new subscription (the renewal) begins.
You will also not be charged for the new subscription until the old subscription runs out.
