For Group Poll Participants
'If need be' allows you to indicate that you can make a selected date if necessary (i.e. it is not your preferred date and time to meet, but you could make it if you have to).
To vote if-need-be on a group poll, click twice on the time slot checkbox.
Don't forget to click the 'Continue' button on the bottom of the screen to finalize your votes and submit them to the event organizer.
