If you received an update concerning your Doodle account
If you have a Doodle account, we will occasionally send you emails about the status of your account. Those emails cannot be stopped. Click here to learn more. If you do not want to receive them, you would have to delete your account. If you wish to delete your account, read how to delete your account.
If you created a group poll, 1:1, or sign-up sheet

If you were invited to a group poll, 1:1, or sign-up sheet
The emails you receive from Doodle depend upon how you were invited. You will always receive at least two emails as a participant when:
You respond to a group poll, 1:1, booking page, or sign-up sheet
When a group poll organizer selects a final time to meet
You may receive other emails from Doodle depending on whether or not the event organizer has:
Invited you to participate in a Doodle using the ‘Email invite’ feature
Re-opened a group poll that had been closed
If an organizer votes on your behalf in a group poll
Doodle Pro users can vote on someone’s behalf in a group poll. If a group poll organizer does vote on your behalf, you will receive an email. The email will denote the name of the group poll organizer, provide access to the poll response submitted on your behalf, and grant you the option to amend the response.
If you do not know the person you to the poll, please ignore the email or contact us if you suspect abuse.
Other reasons why you might receive an email from Doodle
If you did not create a group poll, 1:1, or sign-up sheet, and you receive an email indicating you have, it is possible somebody could have used your email by accident. In that case, please ignore the email or unsubscribe from the poll or 1:1 meeting with the link at the footer of the email.
If you do not know the person inviting you to the poll, please ignore the email or contact us if you suspect abuse. You can also report the poll as spam directly in the email invitation with one click. We can then easily remove the poll if spam is suspected.
