As the Organizer
To reschedule a meeting booked via your Booking Page, you must first cancel the existing booking.
Steps:
Go to your Doodle Dashboard and locate the meeting under Upcoming events.
Click the ︙ (three dots) next to the event.
Select Cancel meeting.
(Optional) Enter a reason for the cancellation.
Click Confirm cancellation.
Once the meeting is cancelled, resend your booking link to the participant to schedule a new time.
As a Participant with a Doodle Account
If you have a Doodle account, you can request a cancellation to reschedule a Booking Page meeting.
Steps:
Go to your Doodle Dashboard and locate the meeting under Upcoming events.
Click the event to view the details.
Select Request cancellation.
(Optional) Enter a reason for the cancellation.
Click Request cancellation again to confirm.
The organizer will receive your request by email. Once approved, you can use the original participation link to book a new time.
As a Participant without a Doodle Account
You can still reschedule your Booking Page meeting by requesting a cancellation via your confirmation email.
Steps:
Open your booking confirmation email and click the here link.
Click Request cancellation.
(Optional) Enter a reason for the cancellation.
Click Request cancellation again to confirm.
The organizer will receive your request by email. Once approved, you can use the original participation link to reschedule.
Note: If you no longer have your confirmation email, please contact the organizer directly to reschedule.
Good to Know
Both organizers and participants can delete or cancel Booking Page meetings directly from their connected calendars.
When a meeting is cancelled through Doodle, the time slot becomes available again for others to book.
