Group Poll users can propose meeting options with different durations. This is helpful for meeting organizers who are flexible with how long a meeting will run and want to gather preferences from meeting stakeholders, presenters, and participants for what would work best for everyone.

How to set multiple durations

Proposing meeting times with different durations can be done from either the ‘Week’ view or ‘Month’ view of your group poll creation screen.

Week view:

  1. From the ‘Duration’ dropdown menu, choose your first duration selection

  2. Click into the calendar grid to add the time slots

  3. Return to the ‘Duration’ dropdown menu and select another meeting duration

  4. Click into the calendar grid to add the time slots with the new duration selection

  5. Repeat steps #2 and #3 as needed

Month view:

  1. Select the dates you wish to apply time slots to from the calendar grid

  2. Click the ‘Add different time(s) to date(s)’ button

  3. Define the start time and duration for each time slot

  4. To add an additional time slot to a specific date, click ‘Add times’ on the corresponding date

To propose multiple time slots for one date from ‘Month’ view:

  1. Select the date you wish to apply time slots to from the calendar grid

  2. Define the start time and duration for each time slot

  3. Click ‘Add times’

  4. Repeat steps #2 and #3 as needed
