Group Poll users can now propose meeting options with different durations from the same poll.

How to set multiple durations

Proposing meeting times with different durations can be done from either the ‘Week’ view or ‘Month’ view of your group poll creation screen.

Week view:

  1. From the ‘Duration’ menu, choose your first duration selection

  2. Click into the calendar grid to add the time slots

  3. Return to the ‘Duration’ menu and select another meeting duration

  4. Click into the calendar grid to add the time slots with the new duration selection

  5. Repeat steps #3 and #4 as needed

Month view:

  1. Select the dates you wish to apply time slots to from the calendar grid

  2. Click the ‘Add different time(s) to date(s)’ button

  3. Define the start time and duration for each time slot

  4. To add an additional time slot to a specific date, click ‘Add times’ on the corresponding date

To propose multiple time slots for one date from ‘Month’ view:

  1. Select the date you wish to apply time slots to from the calendar grid

  2. Define the start time and duration for each time slot

  3. Click ‘Add times’

  4. Repeat steps #2 and #3 as needed

Good to know

  • Group poll organizers can only pick one final meeting option, not one of each duration

  • The 'Custom' duration selection is limited to a range of 5 minutes to 24 hours, and events cannot span two or more calendar dates.
