How do I edit my participation in a sign-up sheet?

Learn how to edit your participation and pick a different sessions in a sign-up sheet.

The process for editing your participation in a sign-up sheet depends on whether or not you were logged in to your Doodle account when you participated in the sign-up sheet, or if you have a Doodle account. Most sign-up sheet participants do not have a Doodle account.

Sign-up sheet participants who do not have a Doodle account

If you did not have a Doodle account when you participated in a sign-up sheet and wish to edit your participation, follow these steps:

  1. Open the email you received when you originally confirmed your sign-up sheet enrollment

  2. Click 'View event'
    ​

  3. Click 'Edit booking'

  4. Edit your booking

  5. Click 'Update'

You will receive an email confirming your edits.

Sign-up sheet participants logged in to their Doodle account when they participated

If you were logged in to your Doodle account when you participated in a sign-up sheet and wish to edit your participation, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your Doodle account

  2. From the Dashboard, select the event you wish to edit your participation in under the 'Upcoming Events' section

  3. Click 'Update'

  4. Click 'Edit booking'

  5. Edit your booking

  6. Click 'Update'

You will receive an email confirming your edits.

Sign-up sheet participants logged out of their Doodle account when they participated

If you were logged out to your Doodle account when you participated in a sign-up sheet and wish to edit your participation, follow these steps:

  1. Open the email you received when you originally confirmed your sign-up sheet enrollment

  2. Click 'View event'

  3. Click 'Edit booking'

  4. Edit your booking

  5. Click 'Update'

You will receive an email confirming your edits.
