How do I edit my sign-up sheet?

Easily manage your sign-up sheet by editing, adding, or deleting sessions. Make adjustments and save with a simple click.

Sign-up Sheet organizers can edit the details on existing sessions, add more sessions, or delete existing sessions.

Step-by-step:

  1. Open your sign-up sheet

  2. Click ‘Edit’

  3. Make any necessary adjustments

  4. Click ‘Update’ to save your adjustments

Good to know:

  • Editing a sign-up sheet does not change the URL of the sign-up sheet.

What happens if I change the date and/or time of a session?

What happens when you change the date and/or time of a session depends on two factors:

  • Did you connect your calendar to your sign-up sheet?

  • Did you notify participants of the change?

Whether you connect your calendar to your sign-up sheet or notify the participants affected by the change, all participants associated with the edited session will remain registered in the session.

If your calendar is connected and you notify the participants, all participants will:

  • Receive an email detailing the changes

  • See the event automatically moved to the new date and time on their calendar

If your calendar is not connected and you notify the participants, all participants will:

  • Receive an email detailing the changes

  • Be responsible for adding the details to their calendar

Please note:

If your calendar is not connected and you do not notify your participants, Doodle will not notify your participants of any changes made to the session. You will need to contact the participants associated with the edited session with all the necessary details.
