Troubleshooting steps for Doodle App on IOS devices: hard reboot, log out and log back in, delete and re-install.

Follow the troubleshooting steps below if you are experiencing issues with the Doodle App for IOS devices:

  1. Sometimes performing what we call a "hard reboot" helps when Doodle is behaving erratically. First, charge your device to 100%. Hold the Home and Power buttons until your device reboots. Release the buttons when you see the Apple Logo.

  2. Try to log out and log back into the app and see if that helps.

  3. If step 2 did not work, try to delete and re-install the app.
