You may notice a difference between the price of a Doodle subscription and the final amount you were charged.
Unfortunately, those charges are transaction fees that your bank or credit institute can add at their discretion based on the terms and conditions of your agreement. As such, we can neither cover nor refund those charges.
Additionally, we cannot provide the amount of the transaction fee as information during our check-out process, as we have no control over it. As a result, we are not able to issue an invoice reflecting this additional charge because of legal and accounting limitations.
Considering the above, we advise you to:
contact your bank beforehand and check the terms and conditions of your agreement for international transactions
consider using a different credit card that allows international transactions free of charge
make sure you select your currency while purchasing a Doodle subscription
