  2. Click on your name at the top of the page

  3. Click on 'Account Settings'

  4. Click on 'Profile' on the left-side menu

Here you can make changes to your:

  • Name

  • Profile photo

  • Email

  • Password

  • Language

  • Default time zone.

Your profile photo and name settings

Identify yourself clearly to your audience by setting your name and profile photo.

Your default profile identifier is your initials. Your name setting will influence your default profile image. You can replace your initials with a profile photo. When uploading a profile photo, make sure your photo file meets the following requirements:

  • Profile photo maximum size: 2048 x 2048 pixels

  • Profile photo file is <1MB

  • The photo file is an RGB, 72 dpi image

  • The file format is png, jpg, or gif

Note: the name you use in your account settings will be the name that will appear in your Booking Page URL.

How to change your email

You can change the email you used to sign up for Doodle. The process by which you can change your email depends on how you first signed up for Doodle.

If you signed up for Doodle via doodle.com:

  1. Click 'Disconnect'. The 'Disconnect' button will become a 'Change' button

  2. Click the 'Change' button

  3. Complete the form

NOTE: you cannot change your email to one that is already associated with a different active Doodle account.

How to change your password

You can change the email you used to sign up for Doodle. The process by which you can change your password depends on if you remember your password and can login.

If you remember your current password:

  1. Login to your Doodle account

  2. Open your Account Settings from your Doodle Dashboard

  3. Click 'Profile'

  4. Click 'Change'

  5. Complete the form

If you signed up for Doodle with Google, Apple, Facebook, or Microsoft, or if you cannot recall your password, follow these steps:

Follow these steps to reset your password:

  1. Reset your password. Click this link to begin: https://doodle.com/auth/realms/doodle/login-actions/reset-credentials

  2. Enter the email address associated with your Doodle account

  3. Click ’Submit’

Doodle will send a reset password link to that email address. Complete the password reset form and use this new email and password combination to log in to your Doodle account.

Note: this will not change your Google/Facebook/Microsoft account/login - It just creates a new Doodle password.

Your language settings

Doodle natively supports the following languages:

  • English

  • German

  • French

  • Italian

  • Spanish

The language you select in your account settings will determine if you'll see your group polls, 1:1s, and booking pages in AM/PM or 24-hour clock. If you change your language settings, the changes in the time format will only apply to group polls, 1:1s, and booking pages you've created after making the changes.

  • English: AM/PM

  • German, French, Italian, and Spanish: 24-hour clock

The language you select in your account settings will determine if your calendar in your group polls, 1:1s, and booking pages starts Monday or starts Sunday. If you change your language settings, the changes in the calendar display will only apply to group polls, 1:1s, and booking pages you've created after making the changes

  • English: Your calendar starts Sunday

  • German, French, Italian, and Spanish: Your calendar starts Monday

Your default time zone settings

Your default time zone is automatically matched to your computer and browser settings. We recommend confirming your default time zone prior to scheduling with Doodle.

When you create a group poll, 1:1, or booking page, it will be matched to your default time zone. When you send a Doodle invitation to someone in a different time zone from you, Doodle will automatically convert the invitation to their time zone based on the difference between their browser settings and your default time zone.

To learn more about time zones, read 'How does Doodle manage time zones'.
