Your Booking Page works by scanning your calendar for available time slots based on the rules that you provide. If your participants cannot find an available time slot, it is likely because you are busy during the times that your booking page has scanned your calendar for availability.
There are a few solutions:
1. Check in your connected calendar to make sure that any events during the slots you are offering are marked as "free" and not "busy"?
2. Delete those conflicting events from your calendar, if appropriate.
3. Loosen the rules by which your calendar is scanned for availability, increasing the probability that time slots will appear to your booking page participants.

The reason for this will depend on whether you are the owner of the booking page, or are trying to participate in a booking page.
If you are the owner of the booking page, please be sure that the link to the booking page is correct by copying the URL directly from Doodle by clicking on the associated 'Share invite' button. In most cases, this issue is caused by a typo in the URL.
It is also possible your calendar has been disconnected from your Doodle account. A calendar is required to use Booking Page. Please double check that your calendar is connected. If it has become disconnected, reconnect your calendar and try again.
If you are the participant in a booking page, it is likely that the link to the booking page contains a typo or was not copy/pasted in its entirety. We recommend you reach out to the owner of the booking page to let them know that the link does not work.

Currently, Booking Page is designed to offer as many time slots as possible, while still meeting your required criteria and not overlapping with already booked events. For example, let's say you were accepting meetings from 9 AM to 12 PM, and you had a booked meeting already from 9 AM-9:25 AM. Your Booking Page will offer you a meeting slot as soon as you are available, which would be 9:25 AM.
As a workaround, you could use the 1:1 meeting feature instead. It would allow you complete and total control of when time slots are available while taking into account your availability across multiple connected calendars. It is completely manual, though, so you would have to hand-select every time slot for a given length of time.

Unfortunately, the option for a meeting organizer to initiate the cancelation or rescheduling of an appointment is not available from within Doodle. The organizer must cancel or reschedule their appointment from their calendaring application.
However, the participant who booked the meeting has the option to reschedule from the email confirmation that they received from Doodle. Organizers can ask their meeting participant to handle their cancelation or reschedule from within the Doodle interface.

If you're logged into your Doodle account and click the participation link for an event you created, you'll be redirected to your Doodle dashboard.
If you are organizing a meeting and wish to view the page as a participant:
Click ‘Preview’ on the organizer’s page, or
Open the participation link in an incognito or private browser window.

Currently there is no option to sync tentative dates to the calendar or place holds on the calendar for unbooked times when using Booking Page.
However, you can take advantage of calendar holds with Sign-up Sheet as long as you have connected your calendar to your Doodle account and enabled the calendar connection within the sign up sheet.

Yes! With Sign-up Sheet, you can schedule multiple overlapping sessions. If your calendar is connected, these sessions will be added automatically. Be careful not to overbook yourself.
With Booking Page, once a time is booked, it’s added to your calendar. Doodle will recognize the event and prevent scheduling conflicts.

Doodle doesn’t currently support creating recurring meetings directly. However, you can connect your calendar to Doodle and set the meeting frequency in the calendar invite.
Alternatively, try Sign-up Sheet. It lets you offer multiple sessions with set participant limits, allowing attendees to select all dates they can join.
