Create a group poll without a Doodle account
From www.doodle.com, click 'Create a Doodle'
Provide meeting information
Provide your name and email.
This is very important! The only way you can manage your poll is by accessing your poll link, which we will send to your email after you create and share your group poll.
Set the Title, Description, and Location of your meeting
Add your times
Select the duration of the times you would like to select.
Check your time zone at the top right corner.
Your default time zone will be automatically applied. Make sure that this time zone selection is YOUR time zone.
The group poll will automatically adjust according to the time zone of your participants.
Click anywhere on the calendar to create time slots.
Good to know: the 'Custom' duration selection is limited to a range of 5 minutes to 24 hours, and events cannot span two or more calendar dates.
Click 'Create and share'
Click 'Create and share' to finalize your group poll.
Share your group poll invitation
Now it is time to invite your participants. All Doodle users can send their group poll invitation using the 'Copy link' button.
Share with link sharing:
Click 'Copy link'
Paste the poll link into an email, or share it via Slack, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams and many other applications.
Keep track of your responses
The only way to access your group poll once it is made is to click on the link that is automatically emailed to you the moment you create your group poll. Keep this email until you book a final date and time to bring everyone together for your event.
This is an example of the email you will receive:
Finalize your group poll and book your event
Once you receive enough votes to know the best time to bring everyone together, simply choose your preferred date and time and click the ‘Book it’ button.
