L’adoption de l’heure d’été (DST) varie à l’international, chaque pays commençant et terminant cette période à des dates différentes chaque année. En réalité, la plupart des nations n’observent pas l’heure d’été du tout. Cela peut compliquer la planification de réunions, notamment pour les réunions récurrentes entre équipes internationales. Mais ne vous inquiétez pas : Doodle est là pour vous aider.

Avec Doodle, toutes les réunions sont ajustées pour correspondre à votre fuseau horaire. Ainsi, même si une réunion se déroule entre des équipes suivant des règles DST différentes, Doodle ajustera le fuseau horaire pour refléter avec précision l’heure de début correcte.

Concernant les réunions récurrentes

Doodle lui-même ne programme pas de réunions récurrentes. Cependant, les utilisateurs de Doodle peuvent rendre une réunion récurrente via leur application de calendrier, comme Google Agenda, Outlook ou le calendrier iCloud (Apple). Une fois l’événement ajouté à votre calendrier, votre application appliquera les ajustements DST en fonction du lieu des participants à la réunion. Si vous travaillez avec des collègues ou des clients internationaux, cela peut signifier que certaines réunions récurrentes auront lieu à des horaires inhabituels en raison des différences de règles DST entre les nations. Il est donc essentiel de vérifier cela avant vos réunions récurrentes. Si vous n’êtes pas sûr que vos réunions seront affectées par le DST, veuillez consulter le tableau ci-dessous (classé par ordre alphabétique des pays participant au DST).

Remarque :

Si un pays n’est pas mentionné dans le tableau ci-dessous, cela signifie qu’il ne participe pas à l’heure d’été.

Bonnes pratiques pour les organisateurs de réunions

Doodle recommande les conseils suivants pour s’assurer que toutes vos réunions - y compris celles qui ont lieu pendant l’heure d’été - se déroulent comme prévu, avec des participants à l’heure et bien préparés :

  1. Connectez votre calendrier à votre compte Doodle.

  2. Ajoutez un rappel dans votre calendrier pour informer vos participants de tout horaire inhabituel avant le changement d’heure d’été.

  3. Invitez vos clients et collègues à rejoindre Doodle.
