After you create a group poll, 1:1, or Booking Page, you must share the link to your event with your event participants in order to begin booking meetings. You can share your event link in two ways:
Share the link from your own email
Email the link from your Doodle account
How to share your group poll
From your event summary screen, select one of the two options:
Share with link sharing:
Click 'Share invite'
Distribute the link as you see fit
Share with email invitation:
Click 'More'
Click 'Email invitation'
Enter the emails of your participants
Edit the invitation message if needed
Click 'Send'
How to share your 1:1
From your event summary screen, select one of the two options:
Share with link sharing:
Click 'Share invite'
Distribute the link as you see fit
Share with email invitation:
Click 'More'
Click 'Email invitation'
Enter the emails of your participants
Edit the invitation message if needed
Click 'Send'
How to share your booking page
Share with link sharing:
Click 'Share invite' either on your Dashboard or your booking page summary screen
Distribute the link as you see fit
Share with email invitation:
Click 'More'
Click 'Email invitation'
Enter the emails of your participants
Edit the invitation message if needed
Click 'Send'
In addition to emailing your booking page link, consider sharing your booking page link in your:
Email signature
Slack profile
Company website
Corporate directory
